A Thrilling Out-and-Back Course Awaits You
The Platte River Half Marathon & Relay takes place on the scenic Platte River Trail in Littleton, just outside of Metro Denver, offering runners stunning views of the Rocky Mountains and the city skyline in the distance. The course starts and ends at Reynold’s Landing trailhead parking lot near the famous Breckenridge Brewery, where you will enjoy a post-race beer garden celebration.
With a total ascent of around 300 feet, this out-and-back course is sure to challenge and delight runners of all ages and abilities. Are you ready to experience the best of both worlds on this scenic journey? Join us for a memorable run through Littleton, Englewood and Sheridan.

What to Expect on Your 13.1-Mile Journey
Get ready to tackle our 13.1-mile out-and-back course with confidence! Here are some things to keep in mind:
The race starts bright and early at 7 am in the Reynold’s Landing trailhead parking lot next to Breckenridge Brewery. Finish line support will close at 10:30 am.
Our amazing volunteers will man five aid stations along the route, providing you with water, Gatorade, Honey Stinger Gels and Chews, and more!
We’re going cupless! All race participants will receive one HydraPak collapsible and reusable speed cup to clip, carry, or stash during the race and hydrate at aid stations.
The half-marathon is limited to 2,900 half-marathoners, so be quick! Register for the race today to save your spot!
